Our experienced, highly qualified design team has a proven track-record in offering innovative and functional design.

Having provided initial concepts, our design team works closely with the client in developing the design brief.

This process may, for example, comprise interviews with client representatives to ensure all requirements are met, detailed space audits of current and proposed premises, workplace environmental analysis and storage and access audits. We will ensure the design proposals do not compromise any environmental features the client currently enjoys or requires in the future and will reduce the potential for costly and time-consuming changes during the project.

Upon completion of the design brief, the team will present their design proposals to the client, offering variation in finishes and layout, allowing maximum choice within the general design parameters.

Design and specification are then coupled with appropriate cost-plans and works-programmes, indicating the expenditure and timescales for each option.
